About Sygra AI Terminal

Effective: 30 August 2026. Sygra is a software-as-a-service platform for market analytics, trading signals, portfolio tools and user-directed or rules-based execution through independently connected exchanges and brokers.

Our role

We provide software, execution infrastructure, risk controls, monitoring and research interfaces. Users retain ownership and control of their venue accounts, select every configuration and remain responsible for enabling, disabling and monitoring automation.

What Sygra is not

Sygra is not an exchange, broker, bank, custodian, portfolio manager, fiduciary or investment adviser. We do not hold trading funds, guarantee execution or promise profit. Platform outputs are informational technology outputs, not personalized financial advice.

Operating principles

• Distinguish live, testnet, historical, backtested and estimated information.
• Provide risk limits and emergency controls where supported.
• Require trade-only API permissions; withdrawal permissions are prohibited.
• Keep bot products operationally isolated.
• Record material execution and settlement events for audit and support.
