Privacy Policy

Effective: 30 August 2026. This policy covers Sygra's website, applications, support and trading integrations.

Data processed

• Account: name, email, authentication identifiers, plan and status.
• Security: IP address, approximate city/country inferred from IP (not a precise address or coordinates), device/browser attributes, login and security events, and privacy-preserving identifiers used against repeated-trial and account abuse.
• Billing/support: plan, payment reference or transaction hash, wallet address when supplied, invoices, tickets and communications.
• Trading integration: venue identifiers, encrypted API credentials, permission tests, balances, orders, fills, fees, bot settings, risk limits and audit events.
• Diagnostics: usage, timestamps, errors, performance and preferences.

Purposes

Data is used to provide and secure the service, execute user instructions, verify payments, prevent fraud, maintain audits, comply with law, resolve disputes and improve reliability. Optional analytics or marketing uses consent where required; core security and service processing relies on contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests as applicable.

Credentials

Supported venue credentials are encrypted at rest and used only for requested connectivity and trading. Users must use trade-only keys with withdrawals disabled. Sygra will never request a withdrawal-enabled key.

Sharing and transfers

Necessary data may be shared with authentication, hosting, database, communications, analytics, payment-verification, venue and market-data providers; advisers; lawful authorities; and a corporate successor subject to appropriate protection. We do not sell personal data. International processing uses safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention and rights

Data is retained only while needed for service, security, tax, audit, disputes and legal obligations. Depending on law, users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal or review of certain automated processing. Legal/security retention limits may apply. Contact support@sygrabots.com; identity verification may be required.

Age and updates

The service is not for anyone under 18 or below the legal trading age. Material changes receive reasonable notice where required.
