Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 30 August 2026. Sygra supplies immediately accessible digital services. Evaluate the free trial and product information before paying.

Trials and delivery

No payment is collected for a free trial, which may be limited per person, household or device. A paid plan is delivered when access is activated or premium functionality, signals, data, credential setup or execution tools become available.

Final payments

Except where law requires otherwise, payments are final and non-refundable after digital delivery begins, including for unused time, trading outcomes, user configuration, venue incompatibility, changed preference, failure to cancel or suspension caused by breach.

Eligible cases

Sygra will review duplicate payment, payment accepted but activation refused, or a material verified platform defect preventing purchased access that is not remedied within a reasonable period. Requests must be prompt and include account email, transaction reference and evidence. Network fees, venue fees, exchange-rate movement and third-party costs are excluded unless law requires otherwise.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not prorate the current period. Non-renewing plans expire automatically. Users must disable bots and manage open venue orders or positions.

Crypto payments and mandatory rights

Blockchain transfers are irreversible; wrong asset, network, address or amount may be unrecoverable and is the sender's responsibility. Approved refunds may require security checks and use a supported method selected by Sygra. Nothing limits non-waivable remedies for services materially not supplied as described.
