Trading and Automated Execution Risk Disclosure
Effective: 30 August 2026. Trading can cause rapid and total loss of allocated capital. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.
No guarantee or advice
Sygra does not guarantee profit, accuracy, win rate, fills or loss avoidance. Outputs are impersonal software-generated information, not investment, tax or legal advice. Scores express model conditions, not certainty.
Performance limitations
Historical, backtested, paper and testnet results may omit live liquidity, queue position, spread, slippage, fees, latency, outages, funding, borrow cost and human behavior. Mainnet results can differ materially. Past performance does not predict future results.
Execution risk
Armed automation may transmit orders without further confirmation. Orders can be delayed, duplicated, rejected, partially filled, filled unexpectedly or remain open because of API, network, software, balance, precision, market or venue conditions. Stops and kill switches cannot eliminate risk. Users must monitor positions and retain independent venue access.
Market, venue and legal risk
Cryptoassets, forex, derivatives, leveraged and binary-style products may be volatile, illiquid, restricted or prohibited. Risks include gaps, liquidation, total loss, depeg, smart-contract failure, manipulation, regulatory change and venue insolvency. Pocket Option, Quotex, MT5 brokers, Binance, Bybit and other venues are independent and not controlled by Sygra.
User responsibility
You decide suitability and legality, configure capital and limits, verify each connected account and bear gains, losses, taxes and venue charges. Never grant withdrawal permission. Test with non-production funds first.
Operational records
Availability, market data, timers, balances and ledgers may be stale or interrupted. Confirm all material status at the venue. If Sygra and venue records conflict, the venue's executed-order records control.
