Terms of Service

Effective: 30 August 2026. Creating an account, purchasing a plan or using Sygra constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Refund Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, capable of contracting and legally permitted to use trading tools. You are responsible for venue eligibility, taxes, licences and local law. Sygra may restrict jurisdictions, products or accounts.

User authority

Sygra provides software, not brokerage, custody, fiduciary or advisory services. Orders are authorized when you connect credentials and enable a bot or submit an instruction. You select venue, mode, capital, symbols, limits and settings and remain responsible for open orders and positions.

Account security

Duplicate accounts or device manipulation may not be used to evade trial, plan, geographic or risk controls. You are responsible for credentials and account activity. Only trade-enabled keys with withdrawals disabled are permitted. Sygra may suspend access, cancel pending platform instructions or invoke a kill switch when reasonably necessary for security, law, system integrity or risk containment.

Plans and fees

The features, limits, term, price, taxes and renewal status at checkout form part of the order. Network and venue fees are separate. Future pricing or features may change with reasonable notice. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Prohibited use and ownership

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell or redistribute signals; share accounts; bypass controls; manipulate trials; overload or probe systems; use stolen credentials; infringe rights; or use Sygra for market abuse, money laundering or illegal activity. Sygra retains all rights in software, models, interfaces, brands and derived analytics. Access is limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive.

Third parties

Venues, data sources, networks, blockchains and cloud providers are independent. Their outages, policy changes, rejected or partial fills, slippage, latency, forks and insolvency are outside Sygra's control. Features may be paused or changed for maintenance, safety, provider changes or law.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of profitability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. Sygra is not liable for trading losses, lost opportunity, data loss, venue conduct or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss. Aggregate liability for other valid claims is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding three months. Mandatory liability and consumer remedies are not excluded.

Indemnity, termination and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify Sygra against third-party claims arising from unlawful use, breach, infringement, taxes, credential misuse or trading activity, except to the extent caused by Sygra's unlawful conduct. Sygra may suspend or terminate for breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment or legal necessity. Contact support@sygrabots.com and allow 30 days for resolution. Indian law governs and New Delhi courts have jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer rights. Invalid provisions are severed.
