Is any specific return or win rate guaranteed?

No. No trading platform can guarantee returns. Where we show a win-rate figure, it's either real backtested data from actual historical prices or a clearly-labeled estimate — never a promise of future performance. See our Risk Disclosure.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are billed via cryptocurrency — we don't currently use a card payment processor. You submit your payment details (coin, transaction hash) and an admin manually verifies and activates your plan, typically within one business day.

What happens to my open MT5 positions if my plan expires?

Your plan expiring blocks new trade entries immediately, but never blocks you from closing your own existing open positions — you always retain full control to exit a trade.

Is automated trading risky?
